Via the facile ring‐opening reaction of epoxy groups with quinine, a novel polymer monolith with quaternary ammonium for reversed‐phase/strong anion‐exchange mixed‐mode has been fabricated for pressurized capillary electrochromatography (pCEC). Optimization on the preparation of quinine‐modified monoliths has been investigated, and characteristics including morphology, permeability, mechanical stability, reproducibility, and column performance have been also studied. Active quaternary ammonium groups were conveniently produced to generate cationic action sites and stable anodic electroosmotic flow. Multiple interactions including reversed‐phase, strong anion‐exchange, electrostatic repulsion and π–π stacking interactions were obtained. Satisfactory separation capability of various analytes such as alkylbenzenes, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, benzoic acid and its homologs, and β2‐receptor excitants has been achieved. Applied to the real sample, the good resolution of three alkaloids in Corydalis yanhusuo were achieved by pCEC with the quinine‐modified monolith. The results light a potential access to facilely fabricating quaternary ammonium‐functionalized polymer monolith with multiple interactions for efficient electrochromatography profiling of various compounds.  相似文献

Different from works described in the literature, which use expansive analytical methods to separation of anthraquinones derivatives (AQs), this communication reported a simple and inexpensive methodology to get them. In this way, the expensive commercial AQs: Chrysophanol, physcione and emodine were extracted from plant material (Rhamnus frangula L.) and isolated by classical column chromatography technique under optimised binary mobile phase gradients (CHCl3 : AcOEt(a), a = 1 to 5%) in excellent yields.  相似文献

Sequential injection chromatography system equipped with miniaturized 10 mm monolithic column was used for fast simultaneous determination of two pesticides—fenoxycarb (FC) and permethrin (PM). The system was composed of a commercial sequential injection analysis (SIA) system (FIAlab® 3000, 6-port selection valve and 5.0 mL syringe pump), commercially available column Chromolith™ RP-18e (10 mm × 4.6 mm i.d.) (Merck®, Germany) and CCD UV-vis detector (USB 2000, Ocean-optics) with 1.0 cm Z-flow cell, absorbance was monitored at 225 nm. The mobile phase used for analysis was acetonitrile/water (60:40, v/v), flow rates were 0.6 mL min−1 for elution of fenoxycarb and 1.2 mL min−1 for elution of permethrin. For each analysis 4.8 mL of mobile phase was used. The chromatographic resolution between both compounds was >8 and analysis time was <6.5 min under the optimal conditions. Limits of detection were determined at 2.0 μg mL−1 for fenoxycarb and 1.0 μg mL−1 for permethrin. Samples were prepared by diluting with mobile phase and injected volume was 10 μL for each analysis. Developed method was applied to analysis of both pesticides in veterinary pharmaceutical foams and sprays ARPALIT® Neo (Aveflor, Czech Republic). SIC method was compared with validated method (HPLC, reverse phase 100 mm monolithic column, gradient elution).  相似文献

为了获得运输的规模经济效应,本文研究了一种考虑订单合并和货物转运的零担多式联运路径优化问题。首先,以总运输成本为目标函数,以网络中的运输工具容量、可以提供的运输工具最大数量、运输工具服务的关闭时间以及订单时间窗为约束,构建混合整数规划模型,在模型中允许多个订单进行合并运输并考虑运输过程中的转运成本。其次,由于多式联运路径优化问题是典型的NP-hard问题,为了快速求解该模型,开发了一种可以快速为该问题提供近似最优解和下界的列生成启发式算法。最后,生成并测试了大量算例,结果表明所开发的列生成启发式算法可以在较短的时间内提供高质量的近似最优解。文章所构建的模型和开发的列生成启发式算法可以为零担自营多式联运物流企业提供高效的决策支持。  相似文献

A microwave-induced plasma emission spectrophotometric detector (MIPD) was used as an element-specific detector for capillary column gas chromatography. The atmospheric pressure microwave helium plasma generated with an original device called a SURFATRON was used as an atomization and excitation source. Combining a photodiode array spectrophotometer with the above system made the emission spectrophotometric detector very powerful. A wide range of spectra could be instantly monitored without any mechanical device. However, the spectrum of atmospheric helium emission plasma was complicated by the presence of air around the plasma discharge. An on-line background correction scheme was developed to handle such complicated spectra.  相似文献

In the present study, the use of gas chromatography (GC) for the determination of amino acids in human cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) is described. Although some amino acids may be determined using a packed column following the removal of glucose, the major interfering component, the inadequate resolution of other amino acids from remaining unidentified components results in poor quantitation. The use of wide bore columns improves reproducibility considerably, but still it does not provide sufficient resolution to enable quantitative determination of all amino acids in human CSF. Good reproducibility data, with CV values for all amino acids of 7% or less and recoveries generally between 80% and 100%, can only be obtained using the fused silica open tubular (FSOT) column. Normal amino acid levels are presented for 10 samples of human CSF, which compare well with data previously reported in the literature.  相似文献
